credit card is easy, secure and safe. Just enter your credit card

Returns/Exchanges
We know how it is. Sometimes, it's not quite right. We make it easy to
return or exchange an item. Items you wish to return or exchange must be accompanied by
the original receipt and be shipped to us in their original unworn
condition in the
original packaging. To receive a
full refund (less shipping charges), items purchased must be returned
and received within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Items to be
exchanged must be returned and received within 15 days of receipt.
Shipping charges will apply on exchanges. Please include correspondence
with merchandise shipped to us for return or exchange with the following
information:

Indicate the items you are returning and the reason
• If an exchange is requested, please indicate which item you would
like instead. If the cost of the item to be exchanged and the
preferred item are different, please indicate your payment
information. If the exchange item is not available, please indicate
the credit card and card information so we can credit your credit
card (credit card must be the same one used for the original
purchase)
• Supply any additional comments necessary for
processing your return/exchange.
• Allow 10 days for processing
your return/exchange once we receive it.
• Please pack
merchandise securely in the original shipping package and ship it
via insured mail (you may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to:

Fashion Jewelry Policy
Items that are not specifically described or identified as “genuine,”
“sterling silver (925),” or “100% leather” are considered fashion
jewelry. We do not offer exchanges or returns on fashion jewelry – all
sales are final.

Return/Exchange
Belts that were custom ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

Merchandise in stock is usually processed and shipped within 2 business
days. “Business Days” refers to Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. If
items are ordered on
weekends are are
processed on Monday. Processing times differ based on the
requested shipment method. If the merchandise selected is not
currently in stock or availability confirmation is required, you will be
contacted. All orders are subject to credit approval.
